- As a core heavy-duty stepper motor product of HANPOSE with 15 years of R&D and manufacturing experience, the 86HS118-6008 closed loop stepper motor is independently developed and designed for high-load, high-precision industrial automation scenarios. It integrates a high-precision optical encoder and a high-torque hybrid stepper motor body, breaking the limitation of step loss of traditional open-loop stepper motors, and realizing closed-loop feedback and precise position control.
- The motor adopts high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet core, high-performance NdFeB permanent magnet and copper enameled wire winding, with excellent magnetic performance and heat dissipation effect. The integrated encoder is built-in with anti-interference circuit design, which can stably feed back the motor rotation signal to the driver, and the driver can real-time adjust the pulse output according to the signal, ensuring 100% step accuracy even under heavy load. The shell is made of high-strength aluminum alloy with surface oxidation treatment, which has good corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, and is suitable for long-term operation in harsh industrial environments such as dust, humidity and high temperature.
- The 86HS118-6008 is perfectly matched with HANPOSE's HPD-HBS86 closed-loop stepper driver, which can realize stepless speed regulation, precise positioning and torque control, and supports multiple control modes such as pulse/direction and double pulse. It has been strictly tested for high and low temperature, vibration, aging and other performance before leaving the factory, and the qualified rate is 100%, which can meet the long-term stable operation requirements of various industrial equipment.
